BaMbuti
While most tribes settled in savannas, the BaMbuti settled in the rainforest of Congo. The BaMbuti were not quite advanced as they only had stone weapons. They were hunter-gatherers because living in the rainforest contributed to their way of obtaining food. The BaMbuti came in contact with Bantu during the Bantu's migration. The BaMbuti adapted to the Bantu's way of life and learned their language. They must've communicated this way before the Bantu's departure.
The land where the Mbuti tribe occupied is now called the Democratic Republic of Congo. The main ethnic group living in this area is the Bantu speaking-people. Most of the Bantu that live there are still nomadic despite the governments' irritation towards it. Unlike their ancestors that only hunted and gathered, the people of DRC export diamonds, oil, wood products, and other gems. They also farm which to their ancestors was unknown. As the people of DRC differ from their ancestors, The Mbuti tribe has migrated from their original land.
